First Date
I've never been a huge risk taker. Not with money. Not with girls. Not with life in general. I'm more a slow and steady kind of guy.
But First Date was the first show where I put myself out there as a pianist interested in a project - and got rejected.
Only to get a second chance two weeks later when choice one bowed out . . . and I made the most of it.
I loved this show. Fun music. An incredibly talented cast. Great band. And an awesome learning on the fly experience.

When blind date newbie Aaron is set up with serial-dater Casey, a casual drink at a busy New York restaurant turns into a hilarious high-stakes dinner.
As their date unfolds in real time, the couple quickly finds that they are not alone on this unpredictable evening. In a delightful and unexpected twist, Casey and Aaron’s inner critics take on a life of their own when other restaurant patrons transform into supportive best friends, manipulative exes and protective parents, who sing and dance them through ice-breakers, appetizers and potential conversational land mines.
