Kill that dinosaur!

When's the last time you came across a website built in the 1990s from scratch? That's what the Gloucester Allotment Garden Association was using to communicate with its membership for over twenty years.

My website redesign for GAGA focused on organizing their content and developing a simple online garden plot renewal process for its 400 plots - that went live in April 2020 just as COVID made public outings impossible.

I had cautiously hoped for a 25% uptake in the new online system replacing snail mail of cash and cheques with an etransfer option. We hit 76% immediately.

That's what I call success.
